The Place
As one of the oldest homes in Corolla, NC, this classic Dutch Lindal design home is covered in gorgeous Ponderosa Pine inside and 1″ thick, weathered cedar planking outside. A massive wraparound deck is featured on three sides with the rear deck facing the majestic dunes. This end of the culdesac street location is laid back and your family will just love the super cozy vibe of our home. You will have the whole 4 bedroom, 2 full bath (plus outside hot shower) all to yourself. All new stainless steel kitchen appliances and HVAC mechanicals throughout. NOTE: A maximum minimum air conditioning setting of 68 degrees has been programmed into the dual air conditioning system for summer which allows the system to function properly and cycle as designed keeping the home comfortable even on the hottest of summer days. Tests show that settings of 72 degrees for both upstairs and downstairs of this home seem to be quite comfortable and also has the kids say “I’m freezing!” when coming in from the 2 minute stroll off the beach! Winter heat settings are set for 70 degrees maximum.
Other things to note
Guests will need to bring all the following home and beach items: umbrella, chairs, sheets, beach towels, bath towels, shampoo, toiletries, etc. Also don’t forget to bring some Bluetooth music too!
